I was born in Madrid on January 11, 1954 and my life in these early years is marked by the destinies of my father who was a naval engineer. Cartagena, Barcelona, Algorta and Bilbao.

Still fascinated by the launching of ships at dawn and by zoology, I return to Madrid where I obtain the title of Architect and undertake a great trip to South America and the Amazon that turn my previous life upside down.

Then Paris, London, New York and Barcelona, where at the age of 28 I discover that I am a sculptor.

My father is no longer there, but my mother, my eight siblings and my children.
